Grain Free Apple Crumble

I love fruit crumble come winter or summer, it is the ultimate comfort food and a great way to use up leftover fruits in the fridge. This crumble is grain free, gluten free and dairy free making it the perfect dessert for any allergy or health concern. 

I used Something To Crow About Almond, Smoked Coconut & Orange paleo muesli in the crumble mix as it has a wide range of nuts and seeds to add protein and fats to our crumble. It also has delicious spices through the mix to add flavour to the crumble. 

Grain Free Apple Crumble:

Ingredients

1/2 cup of almond meal

3/4 cup of Something To Crow About muesli

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 apples

1 tsp cinnamon

Juice of 1 lemon

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180

2. Chop apples and place into a baking dish. Toss with lemon juice and cinnamon until fully coated. 

3. In a small bowl mix together almond meal, muesli, coconut oil and olive oil until well combined.

4. Cover the apples with the crumble topping and pop in the oven for 40 minutes. It is ready when the crumble has started to brown and the apple mixture is starting to bubble on the sides. 

5. Grab some bowls, place in the crumble and top with CocoWow coconut yoghurt. Enjoy x
